Central Council of Church Bell Ringers
Known to many ringers simply as Central Council; The Central Council of Church Bell Ringers is the peak organisation for change ringing.
Their highly professional web page has resources on how to do almost everything, contact details for The Ringing World (the Councils magazine), a thorough bibliography (list of books), and technical advice about funding installations, restorations, etc. of bell towers.
This site should be on every change ringing, web surfers bookmarks list.
